What a blessing to have both a wonderful father and a wonderful father of your children. It ought to be a common blessing, but these days it’s more uncommon.
Very high on my wish list for a potential husband (back, ahem, quite some time ago) was a man who had a good relationship with his own father. God answered that prayer and our three sons have a fierce loyalty to their own dad.
