Thank you so much for posting. I snatched it up and emailed it to my mom immediately, but I forgot to say thank you. I was one of those people who tasted it and it was DIVINE. Could not stop eating it! Definitely do the butter crackers – a perfect complement.

Oooooooh! I bought a jar of artichoke hearts, on a whim, last time I was in the grocery store. I love ‘em. I have everything on hand for this recipe, except the lemon juice. I might just go ahead and make it for tonight.
