Not quite 43 things but a list of things I’d like to do. Some are life-long goals I’ll never be finished with, some are attainable in the short term, some I plan to do decades from now. Mostly a Mondo Beyondo list a la TulipGirl.

Kristen, that’s a great list. You’ve inspired me to keep track of the books I’ve read this year. My SIL tries to read 52 (last year she made it to 45) but her kids are grown and she has more time. I think your goal of 30 is great.
I *started* (key word) to memorize the Heidelberg and that question number 1 is such a great one to come back to with each new attempt. Number 28 is my favorite and I’ve made it into one of my life’s mottos “Patient in adversity and grateful in the midst of blessing.”
Carol,
Thanks for the encouragement! A lot of them are long-term goals, but we’ll see what I can accomplish in the here and now. I should start the Heidelberg, so I have it mastered before Kate’s ready to start. If I try to do it with her (or Lexi or any other children we may have), I’ll probably be discouraged that they are learning it more quickly and with less effort (if they are typical elementary schoolers.)
